with excitement-lit faces.
Twinkle, twinkle,
of the lights above.
Peeling the thin paper back;
silver and gold.
Glisten, glisten,
of the pine tree so majestic.
Faces are beaming.
Singing are the voices
of the angelic choir.
Glow, glow,
of the excitement-lit faces.
Join hands in love.
Gaze into the blanket
of the pure white snow.
Inhale the aroma
of fire and warmth.
Whisper the songs
that dwell in the heart.
Tis’ the season where families, families,
are forever one.
