The Joy of Siblings
Even though you can make me mad,
You help me through the times I am sad.
I get annoyed of you very often,
Yet we have fun together just as often.
With all the memories we have with each other,
We will always have something to look back on with one another.
Sometimes you do stupid things,
That makes me want to scream,
But other times I’m so thankful you’re like my team.
I let you abuse me in a nice way,
Yet once it goes too far I’m done with that play.
You are my little sister,
You destroy my room as if it were a twister.
As you sing,
My ears ring,
But it’s funny to hear you try to sound like an acoustic string.
As we grow older,
We are much closer.
We laugh, we fight, and we smile,
But the best part is it is all worth while.
