Lucid
Everyone does it.
The older you get, the more important it becomes.
When you’re young, you try to resist as much as possible
There are downsides to not getting enough of it, too.
Close your eyes.
Relax.
Deep breathes,
Soon you won’t feel anything.
There aren’t enough hours in the day to fully appreciate it,
And sometimes it won’t happen no matter what you do.
Your body repairs itself,
Hours melt away into seconds.
Sleeping allows your mind to switch into auto-pilot,
To let nature take its course
