In my lonely nights I kneel beside the waters edge
To see your face reflected with mine
For The water sweetly lies to me
With a tantalizing notion, but I succumb none the less
And stare into the shallow shore to hark…

Her whisper’s in the wind…

She speaks of love and joy, forever bound in eternal bliss
Of life and death, and such with no regret
Of meaning and belonging, for neither I have
And of hope and faith, all of which I’ve lost
So there I stay, as the dark wind howls through the trees
It passes us by...

Everyones on a Search for who they feel they truely belong with wether they're concience of it or not, this was something i wrote awhile back when i felt hopeless in such a pursuit, like aiming for something so pure was just out of my reach, a fantasy, a reflection on the water, and no more.. yes, i know its depressing, and i meant for it to be that way. but i beleive it really explains how i felt at that time in my life and i hope many people can relate to it themselves.
