It is Monday night
And the stadium is bright
And the teams come to fight
From endzone to endzone
Man he’s fast
Like a fox
Just put points in that box
Touchdown after touchdown
The points are racking up
Until the half
Here comes the laugh
At the team down
Like a clown
Messing around
At the end of the game
Here is the blame
When the coach is mad
Nobody is glad!
