After screaming, scowling, and sobbing,
all that is left in us are
many shattered dreams and thoughts
along with a broken heart,
and teardrops on our cheeks
sadly glistenening the other's name
and revisiting unforgetful memories.


The author's comments:
This poem is expressing the feelings after a sad break up in which case one still has feelings for the other. I wrote this poem after a poetry assigment in school. I became inspired that poetry is a beautiful form of art, and not just an english assignment
