When I die, I don't want to be remembered as the person I was, but as the person I am.
The person who is free from the world, free of all the judgment and pain.
The person who made it through the world and can still love, laugh, and forgive.

The last piece doesn't fit, and it kind of makes the poem cliche. But as a writer myself, I see the amazing value of the first two parts. :) This is great!
