rewind to the past
To stop the time and
To rewind.
To pass the world with no remorse
Until you get to the other side
Then begin to rewind,
To the past,
To the home,
Letting go of the love.
To feel of nothing,
Yet all you feel.
To forget, yet remember it.
Never again will open the door,
For the key is lost and
You don’t care no more.
Crying ceases,
Cuts envelope,
Love binds the hurt to the wounds,
Yet all you need,
Is to open the door,
But can you?
When you try to let the key do its job.
You get scared.
