Heartbroken (Remember)

Right now I wish I was someone else. Someone else to watch you break my heart, and tear it apart. But no I was the one who was heartbroken and torn to pieces. I wish it wasn’t me and I pray it was just a dream. But I was wrong. It was you and it was the painful and hurtful reality. Just remember that I could have been special and important to you. Instead I was the one left heartbroken and not you. Just remember that the next time you think of me. I was the one left heartbroken by you.
