My gaze will not drop.
My eyes will not blink.
What is behind
that smirk of yours?
You look upon my intrigued stare,
your grin so pronounced,
your laugh so facetious,
unsure of what this girl
might be thinking.
We both just watch,
never asking,
never telling.
always wondering,

that face of yours?
