I cannot sustain on whimsical dreams
Floating on the wings of night
Faint, like the soft hiccup of thought
Dissolving like snow in the morning light

Coming and going as a sigh of the heart
Rising with the breath of your name
Dancing, soft, on parted lips
Filling me like the pattering rain

Craving the warmth of your embrace
The static sensation binding me to you
May I dream my last dream to come
Only then should they come true
