Zero O'Clock

Take us to a place
where time has no meaning
we can do as we please
live our lives free
follow no one’s rules
and live forever as we always wished
And the harsh dictator
that is Time
rules over us no longer
with its’ iron fist of
power and command
Because here it’s
zero hours zero minutes
and zero seconds
never to change in our minds
We are liberated from order
as a nocturnal beast is freed
by darkness over the forest
Our new lives are uncluttered
unorganized and altogether beautiful
You can’t control us anymore.
