Sit on the floor and cry
Because no one understands
No one understands and
You laugh at yourself bitterly
Because cliché is your life
But true is too
And it feels so good to be dramatic
To lay in a bed of self-pity
And bite the petals off roses
Imagining all the while
That things are different
And the movies were real
And the real were movies
And someone who actually cared
Wasn’t pushing daisies
