Hard Work

To feel so disgraced
To know your not good enough
But to try so hard

Where is the reward
For doing your best though the
Odds are against you?

Comes naturally
To others, while you struggle,
They don't even try

Who is the better
Person, the one that tries hard
And doesn't succeed?

Or the one who cant
Be more brilliant, but wont work
For sheer carelessness

Your Poem is inspiring, and well-written. "Doing your best though the odds are against you..." (lines 5-6) is my favorite line. I feel the same way sometimes, so I can relate to this. I would reccomend using more rhetorical devices, and fix those apostrophe errors.
