Trapped

The walls close and cave
Inside your time bomb brain
They're white and now they're talking
Saying you have to stay
You're locked inside your own head
The key thrown far away
Each and everyday you're caged
Trapped within your thoughts
Paranoid out of your mind
A wild imagination taking over
You try to slither through their grasp
Evade their choking tendrils
Tightly wrapped around your neck
Slip between their fingers
Turn and run the other way
But here, you are no longer
A master of escape
Forever you will stay

I think this poem is about going crazy. But then again, aren't we all?
