His breath stops
His chest pounds
His heart races
Men walk in, dressed in a uniform
They tie him to a chair
Memories flash across his mind
Spasms occur
The chair rattles as his body moves
However his mind reverts back to normal
The man comes back to reality
Spotlight, he imagines as the light shines
His glasses reflect a battered face
The door closes

A voice echoes throughout the room
The room quiets and the men walk up
They stare with a bitter force
The one man speaks
Rumbling is all that comes out
Guards rush in
The man struggles with them thinking
Now what

How
That’s the question
Blurred vision starts
A glance at his hand
A crimson glove pours out of his hand
Shaken up, the spasms reoccur
Struggling guards watch him slowly enter a realm of his own
What now

He wakes up
Laying down on a bed that has the same texture of concrete
Bars surrounded the front of the room and walls around the rest
An orange jumpsuit and a number on him
As he looks around he realizes where he is
