Like a wave in the sea
That is the feeling that consumes me
My eyes get a sparkly glare
While I pretend not to care
The hard truth hit me fast
Leaving feelings that always last
The facets of my mind cannot comprehend
The words that my teacher is trying to send
The feeling I have is one of despair
You fake, you lied, you don’t actually care
