"randomness is the key to creativity"

My world is a blanket of colour
It appears in front of me from one sound to another

A piano rings a high pitch sound
And the pink swirls go 'round and 'round

Trees rustle in the wind
The light blue colour begins to bend

Letters and numbers of all shapes and size
Twist and turn on the paper leaving glowing surprises

Zero is a rainbow bubble, floating in the air
It flies so high it can almost go anywhere!

People that I know have an outline glowing so bright
Kayla's is orange that shines in the night

Heaven's colour changes from purple to green to blue
Each day is different, each day is new

Colours are everywhere in this synesthesic world
Shining in my head like one continuous twirl

everyday life for me inspired me to write this poem. most people do not know what synesthesia is because it is so rare so i decided to describe my type of synesthesia through poetry
