Writing is my outlet
Sometimes it is only after
I write my emotions
That I may accept them
That I may comprehend them
For writing is my way of thinking
My way of
Dealing with loss, joy, rejection, hope, and love
And all the other emotions the create chains around me
But when I right, the chains fall to the ground
I am once again free
Writing is my soul speaking of
My visions and my dreams
My nightmares
The things that silently kill me
The things that hurt
Writing releases my tears
In the form of words
It lets me hurt, and remain silent
It helps me heal
