What do you know of love?
Picking petals of daisies,
"You me love me, you love me not.
You love me,you love me not."
One by one they fall to the floor,
wonder if we've drifted apart.
Have we?
I haven't heard of you in weeks.
"I love you," you say.
"Love, what do you know of love"
say I.
"You're always in my head," you tell.
"Why me? There are better girls for you," I respond.
"But none like you," you say, before you kiss me.
Is this real? Well, is it?
I'm waiting to hear from you.
It hurts just to be with you.
Please tell me it's worth it.
That we will be together,
till the end of our days.
That you are my knight in shining armor.
My sun to the day.
My reason to live.
Tell me now so I can know.
That this is real,
or my life is a lie,
and end the pain now...
