Within the darkness, there is a spec of light,
I tried to find it... With all of my might.
Why is it so hard to find?
Is it all in my mind?
Why am I so consumed with finding this thing?
I feel like an angel, with a broken wing.
Filled with so much confusion and despair.
Why am I so obsessed with finding it and why do I even care?
If I find it... Will my emotional journey cease?
Will I ever find it within my self to finally be at peace?
I guess it means: even in overwhelming darkness, there is a glimmer of hope.
To help you believe that things can change and steadily help you cope.
There's just... So much darkness, I'm beginning to think that it isn't real.
Simply said that it's there, making you think it's a big deal.
The light must not exist! I believe that much id true.
But, never did I once think, that that light is within you.
