November Days
And tomorrow, its one year.
But today at that time, you were still here.
I’m not sure what changed so quick or how
What we knew then and what we know now
I’ve waited for months for time to heal
But this reality isn't a measure anymore of what we feel
So November days begin slowly, pressing for cold
As the memories and pictures of you grow old.
You never made us feel like this, paralyzed with fear
Back in those days when you were still here
As the world spins, moving on
It’s hard to accept that you're actually gone
