I feel as if I'm about to jump Into a pool of ice water.
I'm holding my breath,
Thinking this over.
The words haven't left
My mind of mouth yet.
But, the next thing I say...
Could be the fate I have met.
Your deep, piercing eyes
Always captivate my very existance.
Like you're a work of art
And I am the viewer.
You're on my mind
Like these words are on my tongue;
Waiting for me to just to speak
But, I hold back.
But, Love, this is all I want;
You and I.
Continue to keep quiet?
I won't even try.
