My life is made up of white,
I’m filled with white.
My heart is drenched in white,
People fill me with white.

My life is colorless,
People are supposed to be colorful.
Well, some people are,
Others are just white.

My life is filled with people.
People who speak white,
People who write white,
People who tell white.

My life is full of lies.
While the truth is black,
I’m stuck here filled,
To the white brim.

My life is made up of white.
No black.
Just white.

The author's comments:
This piece was inspired by people that have told me little white lies all my life. I want people to see that if you tell someone a lie, any lie, even the white lies, it can destroy them from the inside out.
