If I’m so blind
Why do shadows pass before my eyes?
Like a contradictory solar eclipse,
The light like a whiteout,
In the middle of fall,
Falling slowly,
The frames,
Siphoning moonbeams
From the moon’s internal gas station
Unfolding
Like a pop-out book
Touch base,
Like the major leagues
Curveball,
You hit me from behind,
I was blind.
