Inevitable End For The Best
Finishing my list of all of our wrongs,
I'm counting down all our favorite songs,
I can’t seem to realize why we didn’t work,
But I know in the end it was worth all the hurt.
Now we stay as good friends forever,
I wonder what will bring this November,
Maybe ill spy our memories in the sky,
Or maybe ill lie about our alibi,
Maybe falling leaves will remind me of how I fell for you,
And maybe a falling tree will remind me of how I came to,
I remember our one pro and all of our cons,
We ended it well as we passed our batons,
I never hoped it would end never wanted it to be,
But I am no longer blind I can finally see.
I wouldn't trade our friendship for the world.
