"It takes a second to say I love you but a lifetime to show it" " Love is like the air we breath. It may not always be seen, but it is always felt, used, and needed"

Two paths,
Both leading somewhere different
Which way do you go?
You follow what your mind tells you

One way can be good,
One can be bad
Only you know what your going to do
We can only hope that you choose the right way

One way is dark and scary
One is light and joyful
You have to ask yourself what kind of person are you
But it is all your opinion

Your mind is full of questions
You don’t know which way to go.
Both paths might seem good
But only one is the right

The broken path may be scary,
It may be joyful
You never know
Until you choose a path

The author's comments:
I wrote this poem when I saw my friend making very poor choices in his life. Life has two paths. The good path which leads to a successful life, or the bad path which leads to a very dull life. My friend didn’t know that the choices he made effected his family and the people around him. He could not keep hurting his family like he was so he took the first steps into changing his paths. First, he admitted what he did and what he did was wrong. Next, instead of doing something bad, he did something different. He put his bad habits aside, so they never hurt his family again. Changing your path can be hard, but after you do, Your life will be way better. I hope you enjoy this poem. Please comment
