Hearts don't mend as easily as bones

Can a heart fracture?
or is it only bones?
now i know the true meaning of alone.
i used to shine so bright,
now it appears as if i lost my light.
you left me here,
in the dark,
sitting alone,
in the park.
i sit freezing,
on this swing,
wishing for warmth,
the main thing,
you gave me.
