Eternal Love

Eyes to the soul,
with fingers that painted the skies
you rose creation from the dirt,
in just six days you gave life.
You were all
and you loved us as nothing.
But when sin divided
child and father,
you gave your son
to intervene.
In the ultimate sacrifice
his life broke our curse,
on the cross.
His blood set us free,
a slave to only him
with my Lord there is eternity.
