A sigh paints his picture in my mind
A portrait of beauty
One of a kind
It’s the thing that you see and
In delight of pure misery
Yet my love will last.
But then like a wave crashing
Cold against the shore
Knocking down sandcastles unwelcomed
At their door,
The love is gone
You have taken it away.
With you has come change
Unwelcomed by pain

I really enjoy this poem :)

This is the way I feel about someone right now, it captures it perfectly.

This poem doesn't feel like it's about a sigh, it seems like it's about something far more deeper than a sigh.

hmmm, very interesting. i was a little confused, did you love personA and then meet personB who made you forget personA but then person B ended up hurting you? or was personA the one who hurt you?

other than that, I really like it :) especially the lines about the wave crashing on the beach knocking down the sandcastles
