Leaves change color
Making a mountain side look like a ball of fire
Then they start to rust and fall off
Leaving behind a skeleton

Wind nips at your face
Numbing your cheeks
Light feathery snowflakes fall from the sky
Covering our world in a blanket of white

Snow melts
Creating raging rivers
Flowers pop their heads up
Animals come out from their long, deep sleep, and fill our world

Everything becomes mellower
Grass is full and luscious
Streams and rivers flow peacefully

The cycle starts again
