Illuminate the winter and bring warmth to the darkness

Pull away and leave a splinter, pull the words from the pen

Now colder than winter, blacker than the unknown

The clouds are a lie that grasps the soul

When the softness just hurts and the lips simply bite

Pumping the liquid seems darker than light

I tend to encourage coming up with your own meaning, but if you are not deep at all, here is my personal feelings about this, line by line:
You made the pain go away

But when you went away, you left behind hurt and shock

Now the pain is worse than ever and I don’t know where I am

Eternal happiness is a lie that encompasses our desires

When your touch just hurts and your kiss just bites

Staying alive seems meaningless
