Your love is like a whiff of salt water.
Peaceful and never changing.
As soon as I smell it
My stress and worries melt away
as if they never existed.
My muscles ease their tension
And my body relaxes.
I close my eyes and hear only the waves breaking
One after the other along the shore;
The steady noise just a constant reminder you’re still there.
