Dear Mom
I try so hard to make you smile,
make you laugh,
But all you want to do is cry,
I know he may not come back,
But you'll find another guy,
I know the love I got,
isn't the right kind of love,
But mom I'm your kid,
Sent from above,
and remember,
I'm always by your side,
here to try to help you,
make you laugh and not cry,
And Mom,
I know the pain you feel inside,
The empty black hole or remorse,
and regret,
But Mom know this,
It'll all go away,
and one day you'll be happy,
and find a love who'll stay,
One day you'll be happy,
Just believe in me.
