Why do you just stand there,
When I'm hurt
Watching you flirt
With someone else?
Why do you watch
When i cry
Letting myself die
Of broken dreams?
Why do you shatter
My fragile heart
Right from the start
Of one word?
Why do you lie
When you know it's true
And it hurts you
Like it does me?
Why do you pretend
That you don't care
When you know we should share
How we feel?
I don't know
Why I do,
But please tell me,
Why do you?
