Save the sound of your voice for another lie,
Because memories of you seem to tell the same story,
Constant regret,
At everything I've every listened to,
Your words are weightless,
They crash around me untrue,
Save the sound of your voice for the next mistake,
When sorry will be all I'll hear,
Your words making meaning in a situation so fake,
Save the sound,
I've cried a stream,a river, a lake,
But you said nothing,
So save your sound,
For the next lie you'll sing
