Peacock Achievements
I urge you to allow me
 to make ripples
 and to allow me to be
 outwardly flippant.

 to embellish my flesh;
 to face dawn with regret;
 to wish I'd only drunk but a tipple.

 to achieve a peacock's achievement - for I've sprayed nothing but colour -
 I'd aspired to make so many ripples
 yet now my life is another's.
