Regretting it too

I think you know

It hurt me

Just as much as it hurt you

I run after you

I grab your hood and say

"Is it true?

Are you really leaving me alone?

To stand alone?

Please don't... just don't go..."

He looked at me,

with his big brown eyes,

and simply frowned

and walked away

You take one look back and run into my arms

You grab me and cry and say

"I won't hurt you again."

and then you kissed me.
