Bittersweet Dream
Here I am, following the lone fogged trail
I have no idea where it will lead me
Should I keep on going? Or should I bail?
Whose silhouette is that? Who could it be?
The fog lifts, and there you are, here at last!
Finally, you have come! Can it be true?
I’ve been alone so long, an awful past
It felt like a life time, waiting for you
I dare to reach out, to see if you’re real
I feel your warm skin and beating heart
Then from my lips, a loving kiss, you steal
We are one; nothing can tear us apart
Alas, I awaken and remember
You actually gave up your heart to her
