when mom moved away

it will be the last
i see of her
she's gone away
gone for sure

she wont come back
she thinks he's safe
come to help her
and find her place

she'll go with him
all alone
he'll trap her there
she wont come home

a sad day will come
when were all dressed in black
he said it was a accident
she fell on her back

she never learned
those men were bad
never loved her
just wanted what she had

she refused all the warnings
didnt look at the facts
instead she left
but my mom did come back

she lays in a coffin
with flowers in her bed
finally at rest
only to be dead

The author's comments:
everybody knows how my mom lives her life...if she doesnt start to care about her life then everybody knows that soon she will be dead.....she wont leave drugs, abusive men, or change her life......most people dont change and when they do its already to late..i hope this poem isnt my moms fate but sometimes people have to face reality...sorry to say but this poem is possible...verry possible
