I am Jazz
Singing of my fellings,
Expecting the audience to give me some kind of healing,
In this old rugged town,
The streets filled with my sound,
Finally setting myself apart,
Hoping to mend a broken heart,
Few taking sips from the liquor booth,
The words I speak of nothing but the truth,
A few nod their heads,
Putting my words to bed,
Wearing my heart on my sleeve,
No time to grieve,
A walk off stage taking my place,
Flames of fire rolling down my face<3
