When I Changed the World
If i could change the world,
Every plant would blossom.
If i could change the world,
Books would never end,
Flowers would never wilt,
and moms would never, ever die.
Everyone would understand
That which needs to be understood
And love would reign as Queen.
When I changed the world,
and plants blossomed,
and lived forever,
and books would never end,
I think i would miss
the differences day-to-day.
The rain pouring,
the stars moving,
the clean, fresh pain of heartbreak.
When I changed the world,
I would miss my world.
I would miss my life.
