I was young...

i was young in years
he was old
i was wise
he was dumb
i thought age should speak
higher years should be matured
but he is a man
a pedophile
a black hearted monster
he did wrong
i did right
i told of that night
i tried my best
to lock him up
to put him behind bars
but he still runs free

yes i know... =( it sucks and my grandmother still remains with him. blech. Thanks for reading appreciate it alot=)Also thanks for ur concern i didnt really feel like going in with more detail bad enough that i wrote the poem also getting it published...

Sounds terrifying...more detail might produce more of an emotional reaction...maybe elaborate???
But i respect the courage in coming out with your story, it must be horrible. And to think such a monster still runs free...shudders
