Feeling empty
Lonely
And out of place
Hiding in my secret state
No one knows what goes on
When I'm staring blankly ahead
I'm just the shadow that moves along the floor
Watching you
Observing
And waiting for my chance
I'm going to break this trance
You won't be able to keep me in this prison
I will shed these chains
And fly away
Far away from anyone who ever knew me
I'll disappear from your radar
And when you finally start to wonder where I am
I will have forgotten all about you
And all that you put me through
I will be gone
I will be no more
