My Feelings
-My feelings matter to HIM like a dead bug. Its lifeless, as it sits there unknown, unwanted, and unappreciated.
-My feelings matter to HIM like a hanged witch in Salem. Again, as the body hangs there lifeless while people go by in their daily lives not caring about it.
-My feelings matter to HIM like one single rain drop. Not seeing it, not hearing it as it drops onto the ground and shatters like glass.
-My feelings matter to ME like people in Haiti need food and shelter, as they lay on the ground, their blood staining the dirt.
-My feelings matter to ME more than I thought they did, because when I see your face and close my eyes, all i see is our past.
-And now I know my feelings matter to HIM like our past, over and behind us...
