Memories
I miss us, the laughs that we shared
The moments you showed me that you cared
I wish we could go back into to the past
To all the times when we had a blast
I regret all our stupid fights
The days when things would never go right
I hate the times when we called it quits
Those instances shattered me to bits.
Time spent arguing were just not worth the risk
Of losing you through moments like this
Whisk me away to a place we can be alone
A secret dwelling we can call our own
I want you to hold me, to hug me close
To whisper “I’m yours forever” I suppose
I long for us to be together, I miss how we used to be
But now I know it’s all just a distant memory.
