I am not quiet but shy,
Yet this is not i
When I laugh I am alone,
I’m left lonely bones
When I am creative no one sees,
Everything near flies away like the bees
A smile so silent upon my face
Not one sees what goes on inside of me
I pretend I’m okay,
But I think I give it away
I try to hide my inner most thoughts,
But my silence in wearing thinner now
What I feel is unfeel able to others
That I’ve just come to discover
None understand, they do not comprehend
Although they might pretend
I detest their pity,
So my responses are witty
As I sit here so quiescent
Thu might say I’m shy
Yet that is not I
The girl before you is not all that coy
That I can’t avoid
Still the most silent of smiles,
Here on my mug no other for miles
Be hide this smile is great pain
No love but yet no hate
Although I’m not healing,
If you are to ask how I’m feeling
I’ll say just fine
Even though I’m lying
The lose of so many loved
There is no peace with in this dove
But still you’ll see a grin ever so silent
And still you’ll never know,
What goes on inside of me
I am so coning, you will believe
My silent smile that can deceive
