Hollow stomach screams to be filled.
You stretch, you beg, but your voice is muffled,
Too much Advil.

The sad silhouette of a dream lingers over my head
Like a cloud hanging low over the Earth on which we tread.

It flows, Seems to ripple,
It is a floating ocean.
But all life in it sickles,
And to the shore it floats in.

It is such a lovely view,
Tranquil and beautiful.
I wish u could swim in this damaged ocean,
But there are boundaries between where I can and cannot go.

I grit my teeth,
This invisible force keeps me out of my dreams.
I despise it as much as I despise injustice.
I love to dive into my memory ocean
But it has made me love sick.
