Silent tears streak her face but nobody notices
Shes the quiet girl in the back of the room
Nobody gives her a chance because she is not loud like them
The teachers even forget she is there
She has tried to speak but nobody gives her a chance
Her voice is muffled out by all the other voices
If only one person would look back and say hi
Maybe then she would feel more confident about herself without coming to school feeling worthless
If only that one person would make a difference in her life
Then she could go hom not worrying about what the next day holds for her
