Will she share my ocean eyes,
Or will they reflect starlit skies?
Will she share her father's laugh,
or will her giggles be her own craft?
Shall the beach be her delight,
or maybe she'll love snow ball fights?
Shall I tuck her in at night,
or will the dark be no such fright?
My precious child, freeing smiles
